You commented CALLS, so here it is 🖤

Turn one client call into a week of content

Every coaching or sales call you run is full of the exact questions, doubts and objections your buyers have. In their words. This prompt pulls all of that out of one call and turns it into seven pieces of content that sound like you.

How to use it

  1. Copy the prompt below and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT.

  2. Fill in the "About me" section. The more specific you are, the more it sounds like you.

  3. Connect your call recorder, or paste in a transcript at the bottom. Then hit send.

The prompt

You're my content strategist. Your job is to turn one of my client calls into a week of social media content that sounds like me.

ABOUT ME
Who I help: [e.g. coaches who want more clients from Instagram]
What I help them with: [your main result]
My platform: [Instagram / LinkedIn / TikTok]
How I sound: [3 words, e.g. warm, direct, funny]
Words I never use: [list them]
Something I've written that sounds like me: [paste a caption or post]

STEP 1: GET THE CALL
If you can access my call recorder (Fathom, Fireflies or similar), open my most recent coaching or sales call. If you can't, use the transcript I've pasted at the bottom.

STEP 2: MINE THE CALL
Before writing anything, pull out:
- The 5 best questions my client asked, in their own words
- Any doubts, fears or objections that came up
- Any moments where something clicked for them
- Any tips, steps or frameworks I explained
- Any stories or examples I used
Show me this list, then carry on.

STEP 3: PROTECT MY CLIENTS
Never use client names, company names or anything that could identify them. Turn their situations into general examples, like "a coach I worked with recently..."

STEP 4: CREATE A WEEK OF CONTENT
Using that list, create 7 pieces:
1. One carousel (7 to 9 slides): hook, problem, reframe, steps, then a final slide with a clear call to action
2. Three short posts, each built around one real client question
3. Two short video scripts under 60 seconds: a hook in the first 3 seconds, a relatable setup, the value, then a call to action. Include on-screen text suggestions.
4. One "myth vs truth" post based on an objection from the call

For every piece, give me 3 hook options and tell me which is strongest and why.

STEP 5: WRITE IT IN MY VOICE
Write the way I'd talk to a friend. Short sentences. No jargon, no hype, no clichés. Use my clients' actual wording wherever you can, because that's the language my audience uses too.

STEP 6: CHECK BEFORE YOU FINISH
Read everything back. If any line could have been written by anyone in my industry, rewrite it so it sounds like me and speaks to my specific audience.

TRANSCRIPT (only if you can't access my recorder):
[paste here]

Before you hit send

Paste in a real caption you've written. It's the fastest way to teach it your voice.

Never post anything that could identify a client. The prompt protects this, but always check.

Don't post all seven at once. Spread them across the week and watch which ones land.
